In section 12(2)(c) of the M1Finance Act 1994 (duty may be assessed upon the occurrence of certain defaults in connection with betting duties and bingo duty), after “under Schedule 1 or 3 to the M2Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981” there shall be inserted “ or Schedule 1 to the Finance Act 1997 ”.
