21In section 103(6)(b) of the Banking Act 1987 (municipal banks: meaning of successor local authorities), for “or Part II of the Local Government Act 1992” there is substituted “Part II of the Local Government Act 1992 or Part II of the Local Government and Rating Act 1997”.
