a
in sub-paragraph (2)(c), for the word “subsidiary” there shall be substituted the words “
subsidiary undertaking
”

in sub-paragraph (4), for the words “sub-paragraph (1)(f)” there shall be substituted the words “
sub-paragraph (1)(b)
