2 Increased penalty for fraudulent use of telecommunication system.U.K.
[F1(1)In section 42(1)(b) of the 1984 Act (penalty on conviction on indictment for fraudulent use of telecommunication system), for “two years” there shall be substituted “ five years ”.
(2)Subsection (1) above does not apply to an offence committed before this Act comes into force.]
