14(1)The following persons, namely—E+W
(a)a representative of the Secretary of State,
(b)the chairman of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority, or a representative of his, and
(c)[F1Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales or Prif Arolygydd Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru], or a representative of his,
shall be entitled to attend and take part in deliberations (but not in decisions) at meetings of the Authority or of any committee of the Authority.
(2)The Authority shall provide the Secretary of State, the chairman of the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority and [F1Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales or Prif Arolygydd Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru] with such copies of any documents distributed to members of the Authority or of any such committee as each of those persons may require.
