11In section 13 of the Foster Children (Scotland) Act, for the words “section 47 of the [1937 c. 37.] Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937” to the end there shall be substituted the words “section 55 of the [1995 c. 36.] Children (Scotland) Act 1995 (child assessment orders) as giving the local authority reasonable cause for the suspicion mentioned in subsection (1)(a) of that section”.
