7 S In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1980 (persons ineligible for jury service), in Group B, after paragraph (w) insert—

“(wa) members and employees of the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission;”.
