39In section 14 of the Rent Act 1977 (landlord’s interest belonging to local authority, etc.), after paragraph (caa) there shall be inserted—
“(caaa)the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service or the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad;”.
