In section 5 of the Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976 (no statutory tenancy where landlord’s interest belongs to Crown or to local authority, etc.), in subsection (3), in paragraph (baa), after “1996” there shall be added “, the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad and the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service”.
