In section 19 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988 (exemption from tolls), in paragraph (a), after sub-paragraph (i) there shall be inserted—

“(ia)

the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service or the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad;”.
