In section 65A (which was inserted by section 3 of the M1Local Government and Rating Act 1997 and makes provision about Crown property), in subsection (4)(b) for the words from “or by a police authority” to the end there shall be substituted “ , a police authority established under section 3 of the Police Act 1996, the Service Authority for the National Criminal Intelligence Service or the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad ”.
