The NCS Service Authority shall keep a fund to be known as the NCS service fund.

Subject to any regulations under the M1Police Pensions Act 1976 and to section 66 below, all receipts of the Authority shall be paid into the NCS service fund and all expenditure of the Authority shall be paid out of that fund.

Accounts shall be kept by the Authority of payments made into or out of the NCS service fund.
