67 Revenue accounts and capital finance. E+W

In section 39 of the M1 Local Government and Housing Act 1989, in subsection (1) (authorities to which provisions about revenue accounts and capital finance apply), after paragraph (j) there shall be inserted—

“(ja) the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad;”.
