Provisional collection of taxes
50 Statutory effect of resolutions etc.

In section 1(3) of the M1Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968 (period for which resolution has statutory effect), after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

in the case of a resolution passed in February or March in any year, one expiring with 5th August in the same calendar year; and

Subsection (1) above applies in relation to resolutions passed after the day on which this Act is passed.
