Housing action areas
8This paragraph applies to land within an area declared to be a housing action area by a resolution under section 89, 90 or 91 of the [1987 c. 26.] Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 in relation to houses or parts of buildings which have been identified in accordance with section 92(4)(c) of that Act.
9This paragraph applies to land which is surrounded by or adjoining an area declared to be a housing action area by a resolution under section 89, 90 or 91 of the [1987 c. 26.] Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 whether or not the resolution identifies any of the buildings in accordance with section 92(4)(a) of that Act.
