Part II S Supplementary provisions

Exclusion of power of entry under the Acquisition Act 1947 S

17 SParagraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Acquisition Act 1947 (power to enter upon land after service of notice to treat) shall not apply to land specified in a general vesting declaration under this Act.
