55Exceptions for ancient monuments etc
(1)The provisions mentioned in subsection (2) shall not apply to any building for the time being included in the Schedule of monuments compiled and maintained under section 1 of the [1979 c. 46.] Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979.
(2)Those provisions are sections 3, 4, 6 to 8, 42, 49 and 53.
