In subsection (2) of section 51 of that Act (supplementary powers to make regulations)—
a
in paragraph (a), for sub-paragraph (iii) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—
iii
the making of decisions under section 16 or 17;
b
in paragraph (b), for the words “section 18 or 19” there shall be substituted the words “Schedule 4C”.
