In section 17 of the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988 (accounts and auditing), in subsection (11), for “section 23 of the Act of 1982 (regulations as to accounts)” substitute “ section 27 of the Audit Commission Act 1998 (accounts and audit regulations) ”.
