In section 2 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (joint planning boards) in subsection (6A) for “Part III (accounts and audit) of the Local Government Finance Act 1982” substitute “ the Audit Commission Act 1998 except sections 11, 12, 44 to 47 and 51 ”.
