13 E+WIn section 24(3)(a) of the Airports Act 1986 (separate accounts in respect of agreements under the section)—

(a) for “section 24 of the Local Government Finance Act 1982” substitute “ section 14 of the Audit Commission Act 1998 ”;

(b) for “section 23” substitute “ section 27 ”.
