29In Part I of Schedule 5 to the Environment Act 1995 (membership of flood defence committees), in paragraphs 3(1)(d) and 4(1)(c) for “Part III of the Local Government Finance Act 1982 (accounts and audit)” substitute “the Audit Commission Act 1998”.
