Studies and related functions E+W

[F1 40Studies relating to [F2 private registered providers] of social housing E+W

(1) The Commission may promote or undertake studies designed to improve the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of [F3 private registered providers] of social housing.

(2) The Commission may charge fees for promoting or undertaking studies under subsection (1) at the request of the Regulator of Social Housing.

(3) The Commission shall send the Regulator of Social Housing a report on any study under this section.

(4) The Commission may publish the report.]
