[F1 41CAdvice and assistance for [F2 [F3 private registered providers] of social housing] E+W

(1) The Commission may, if it thinks it appropriate to do so, provide advice or assistance to a [F4 [F5 private registered provider] of social housing] for the purpose of the exercise by the [F6 [F5 private registered provider]] of its functions.

(2) Advice or assistance under this section may be provided on such terms, including terms as to payment, as the Commission thinks fit.]
