52 Orders and regulations.
(1)
Any power conferred on the Secretary of State F1... by this Act to make orders or regulations is exercisable by statutory instrument.

No order shall be made under section 32H unless a draft of the order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
(2)
No order shall be made under paragraph 9(2) of Schedule 1 unless a draft of the order has been approved by a resolution of the House of Commons.
(3)
In any other case, an order or regulations contained in a statutory instrument made by the Secretary of State under this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
