In section 43(8), section 44(9) and paragraph 11 of Schedule 7, any reference to an offence under this Act includes a reference to an offence under the 1984 Act.

In section 34(9) of the 1984 Act, any reference to an offence under that Act includes a reference to an offence under this Act.
