General functions of the Chief Inspector E+W

5 E+WThe Chief Inspector may at any time give advice to the Secretary of State on any matter connected with—

(a) relevant nursery education generally, or

(b) relevant nursery education, or nursery education under consideration for funding, provided at particular premises.
