13In section 2A(4)(a) of the Local Government Act 1986 (prohibition on promoting homosexuality by teaching or publishing material), for the words from “a county” to the end substitute “a maintained school or maintained nursery school, within the meaning of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998;”.
