13E+WIn section 2A(4)(a) of the Local Government Act 1986 (prohibition on promoting homosexuality by teaching or publishing material), for the words from “a county” to the end substitute “ a maintained school or maintained nursery school, within the meaning of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998; ”.
