51U.K.In Schedule 9 to the Value Added Tax Act 1994 (exemptions), in paragraph (a) of Note (1) to Group 6 (education)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (iii), for the M1words from “a county” to “Education Act 1996” substitute “ a community, foundation or voluntary school within the meaning of the M2School Standards and Framework Act 1998, a special school within the meaning of section 337 of the Education Act 1996 ”; and
(b)omit sub-paragraphs (v) and (vii).
