In section 437 (school attendance orders)—
a
in each of subsections (5) and (6), omit “or grant-maintained”; and
b
in subsection (8), for the definition of “maintained school” substitute—
“maintained school” means any community, foundation or voluntary school or any community or foundation special school not established in a hospital; and
