in subsection (2), omit paragraph (b) and the “or” preceding it;

in each of subsections (4) and (7), for “an aided, special agreement or grant-maintained school” substitute “
a foundation, voluntary aided or foundation special school
”

c
in each of subsections (5) and (8), for “a voluntary or grant-maintained school” substitute “
a foundation, voluntary or foundation special school
