177 E+W In section 570 (revocation and variation of certain orders and directions)—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ or ”, and

(ii) omit paragraph (b); and

(b) in subsection (2), omit “, the funding authority”.
