Section 18 (additional special measures by local education authority) shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (1)(a), for “a county, voluntary or maintained special school” substitute “a community, foundation or voluntary or community or foundation special school”.

In subsection (2)(b), for “an aided or special agreement school” substitute “a voluntary aided school”.
