21 E+W In Schedule 9 to the Children Act 1989 (child minding and day care for young children), in paragraph 3(3), for the definitions of “assisted” and “maintained” substitute—

““assisted” has the same meaning as in the M1 Education Act 1996;

“maintained” has the same meaning as in the School Standards and Framework Act 1998; and”.
