Application of Part I

This Part of this Schedule applies to proposals published under section 28, 29 or 31 which relate to a school or proposed school in England.

In this Part of this Schedule “the relevant committee” means the school organisation committee for the area of the local education authority who maintain the school or (in the case of a new school) who it is proposed should maintain the school.
