Part I N.I. The Police Authority for Northern Ireland

1 The Police Authority for Northern Ireland. N.I.

(1) There shall continue to be a body corporate known as the Police Authority for Northern Ireland.

(2) Section 19 of the M1 Northern Ireland Constitution Act 1973 (discrimination by public authorities) shall apply to the Police Authority.

(3) Schedule 1 shall have effect in relation to the Police Authority.
