148 Provisional collection of landfill tax. U.K.

(1) In section 1(1) of the M1 Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968 (taxes in relation to which resolutions may have temporary statutory effect), after “insurance premium tax," there shall be inserted “ landfill tax, ”.
