Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973 (c.62)

In subsection (3) of section 22 of the 1973 Act (suspended sentences of imprisonment)—
(a)
for the words “make a probation order in his case in respect of another offence” there shall be substituted the words “
impose a community sentence in his case in respect of that offence or any other offence
”
; and
(b)
at the end there shall be inserted the words “
; and in this subsection “community sentence” has the same meaning as in Part I of the M1Criminal Justice Act 1991.
”
