Crime and Disorder Act 1998, Cross Heading: Criminal Justice Act 1987 (c.38) is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 05 March 2025. 65E+WAfter subsection (3) of section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1987 (notices of transfer in serious fraud cases) there shall be inserted the following subsection—
“(4)This section and sections 5 and 6 below shall not apply in any case in which section 51 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 (no committal proceedings for indictable-only offences) applies.”
