120SIn section 108A of the 1995 Act (prosecutor’s right of appeal against refusal to impose automatic sentence), which is prospectively inserted by section 18(2) of the M1Crime and Punishment (Scotland) Act 1997, for the words “205B(3) or 209(1A)” there shall be substituted the words “ or 205B(3) ”.
