47After subsection (1) of section 47 of the Supreme Court Act 1981 (sentences and other orders of Crown Court when dealing with offenders) there shall be inserted the following subsection—
“(1A)The power to give a direction under subsection (1) above has effect subject to section 102 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.”
