14U.K.In section 23(3) of the Land Compensation Act 1961 (cases in which there is no compensation where a planning decision is made after compulsory acquisition etc.), before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)under section 21A of the M1Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (acquisitions by Welsh Development Agency);”.
