3(1)Section 12A of the Criminal Law Act 1977 (protected intending occupiers) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In subsection (7), omit “(c) Housing for Wales;”.
(3)After that subsection insert—
“(7A)Subsection (6) also applies to the Secretary of State if the tenancy or licence is granted by him under Part III of the M1Housing Associations Act 1985.”
