Section 90 (disposal of land) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for the words “(ancillary development)” onwards substitute “
(ancillary development) to a registered social landlord or an unregistered self-build society; and the Housing Corporation may dispose of such land to any of its subsidiaries or to any other body in which it holds an interest.
