9 U.K. In section 2 of the Lands Tribunal Act 1949 (members etc. of Lands Tribunal for Scotland)—

(b) after that subsection there is inserted—

“(10) The remuneration of members of the Lands Tribunal for Scotland shall be charged on the Scottish Consolidated Fund.”
