7 U.K. In section 129(1) of the Finance Act 1982 (exemption from duty on grants, transfers to charities, etc.) for the words from “by virtue of any of the following headings” to “ “Lease or Tack”,” substitute “ under Part I or II, or paragraph 16, of Schedule 13 to the Finance Act 1999 ”.
