Remuneration, pensions etc. of commissioners E+W+S

8 The Commission may—

(a) pay to any commissioner such remuneration or expenses; and

(b) pay, or make provision for the payment of, such sums by way of pensions, allowances or gratuities to or in respect of any commissioner,

as the Secretary of State may determine.
