Local Authority and Social Services Act 1970 (c.42) E+W+S

1 E+W+S In Schedule 1 to the Local Authority and Social Services Act 1970 (enactments conferring functions assigned to social services committee), at the end there shall be inserted—

“Adoption (Intercountry Aspects) Act 1999 (c.18) Section 2(4)

Functions under Article 9(a) to (c) of the Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in respect of Intercountry Adoption, concluded at the Hague on 29th May 1993.”
