67In section 107(1) of the Pensions Act 1995 (disclosure for facilitating discharge of functions by other supervisory authorities), in the Table, in the entry relating to the Commissioners of Inland Revenue or their officers, in the second column at the end there is inserted “or Part III of the Pension Schemes Act 1993”.
